What we collect.

• From the candidate application: name, date of birth, phone, e-mail, citizenship, location, preferred language, right-to-work details, trade, experience, skills, documents and licences, work and pay preferences, and the files you attach (CV, certificates, photos of work).
• From the client request form: name or company name, e-mail, phone and the content of the request.
• Technical data about your visit: the website uses Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics.

Why. To find you suitable work and contact you, to answer client requests and, with separate consent, to send you new job offers.

Legal basis. Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@mgtrust.ee.

Who receives the data. MGTrust OÜ staff responsible for recruitment. With your consent we may share your candidate details with a client who has suitable work. The website and e-mail are hosted by Zone Media OÜ (Estonia). Visit statistics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.).

How long we keep it. Candidate applications and attached files are kept for up to 12 months from submission and then deleted. If you start working through us, data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to info@mgtrust.ee; we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

Security. The website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Files from the application are not published on the website: they are sent only by e-mail to the responsible employee.
